How to Tell Your AC Needs Some Work

This could be anything from a bad compressor or dirty evaporator coil, to just low refrigerant or poor airflow into your ducts. We will do a proper diagnostic to get to the root of it and ultimately get the right fix.
It is short cycling. When the unit is turning on and off every few minutes without going through its paces, that is hard on the compressor and typically an electrical or refrigerant matter.
You are getting warm air from the registers. The system is running but not doing its job. We can have that sorted out.
There is ice on the unit. Whether it is on the lines or the indoor coil, it is a sign of trouble. Turn it off and call us; you don’t want to risk damaging the compressor by letting a frozen system run.
