That’s why we were honored to join the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” walk in Pensacola on October 25th as proud sponsors and participants.
This incredible event was more than just a walk — it was a day filled with hope, unity, and strength. We walked beside survivors, families, and supporters, celebrating those who have fought breast cancer, honoring those we’ve lost, and standing together for a future free from this disease.
Why We Walk: Caring Beyond Comfort
At We Care, being part of the community means showing up — not just when a customer’s AC goes out or a water heater bursts, but when our neighbors need support.
Breast cancer touches so many lives, friends, family members, co-workers, and neighbors. Taking part in this event reminded us that caring goes beyond comfort — it’s about compassion, awareness, and action.

The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at Community Maritime Park was an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by a sea of pink, our We Care team walked, cheered, and connected with countless inspiring individuals and families.
We were proud to host a booth filled with giveaways, water, and smiles, and to share meaningful conversations with so many members of our community. Every handshake, hug, and story reminded us why showing up matters.
It was truly moving to see Pensacola come together — proving once again that when we unite for a cause, our community’s spirit shines brighter than ever.
